  • 5 times more likely to believe they can make a difference in this world
  • 4 times more likely to say they push themselves to do better academically
  • 4 times more likely to think it is important to set high goals
  • 4 times more likely to say they work hard to reach their goals
  • 4 times more likely to believe they are good decision makers
  • 4 times more likely to say they are excited about their futures
  • 3 times more likely to say they put forth their best effort at school
  • 3 times more likely to feel comfortable asking questions in class
  • 3 times more likely to say they enjoy learning new things

…than students who do not see themselves as leaders AND do not believe other students see them as leaders.
