  • 4 times more likely to believe school is preparing them well for their futures
  • 3 times more likely to believe teachers recognize them when they try their best
  • 3 times more likely to say they put forth their best effort at school
  • 3 times more likely to believe they push themselves to do better academically
  • 2 times more likely to feel school is a welcoming and friendly place
  • 2 times more likely to feel accepted for who they are in school

…than students who do not agree that telling their friends about their good grades is exciting.
